Hi everyone,

It is with great regret that I am suspending Muay Thai classes from Tuesday 17th March 2020 until further notice.

The Government have issued an instruction for people to “stop non-essential contact with others” and “stop all unnecessary travel”. While our club is brilliant, it is not essential. It is also impossible to have a Muay Thai class without contact. We’ll will keep an eye on the situation over the next two weeks and will update you via our Website and Facebook Page. We’ll also post some suggested workouts that you can do at home to pass the time until we can get together and hit pads again ??
