Hi! I'm Ces
I began training martial arts in 2014 to simply to keep fit, with no desire to even spar let alone compete! Since transitioning from kickboxing to Muay Thai in 2016, my love for the art of 8 limbs has grown and evolved in lots of ways.
I have experience in competing at inter-club level Muay Thai as well as N class K1 and C class Muay Thai.
Muay Thai has given me so much over the years; it has taught me a lot about myself and enabled me to develop resilience and perseverance that I didn’t know I had! I really enjoy guiding others on their journey with the sport and helping them benefit from training and competing.
