Starting on the Sunday 4th September 2022 - Thursday 13th October 2022.
We are running Fight Camps to run alongside our professional fighters training schedules. These will run on the exact days and times of our fighters, as they lead up to their next professional fights... with the exception that you don't have to fight! Which means you get all the benefits of all the sessions over an actual fight camp.
It’s an awesome opportunity to focus on working and being part of team - to either; lose weight, get fit or just get that feeling of being part of a fight camp and what it's like to be a fighter!
The sessions will run alongside our training, technique, fighting fit and sparring sessions - as well as helping you with diet and nutrition.
Working with you to reach your goal... whatever it is!!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Helping to support fighters throughout their camp, right up to their fight.
Fitness, Strength and conditioning yourself, ready for fight day! (well imaginary fight day 🙂 )
The Kru's will be on hand, to help you improve your technical Muay Thai skill-set.
Invitation to join our Friday night dedicated sparring sessions.
Giving you tips and advice of your diet throughout the camp, via a private Facebook Group.
Advice and help with planning your weight loss journey, if that's one of your incentives.
We'll track your progress throughout the fight camp, to help you achieve your personal set goals.
