HOW DID YOU GET INTO MUAY THAI:
I’ve always been into fighting sports. I did a bit of kickboxing when I was younger but ended up going down the wrong path and started doing a lot of drugs. After years of feeling depressed I decided to join the gym which stopped me from my old habits. I then found I was getting into a lot of fights out in town and realised I needed to curb this anger problem and put it into something that I can benefit from. I saw an advertisement from chao phraya muay Thai about classes. I went to my first class and fell in love with how brutal some of the techniques can be and I was hooked!

PRE-FIGHT FOOD:
After weigh in for fights my pre fight food is tuna and rice with some fruit along with protein bar but keep the quantity down so I’m not sluggish for my fight.

FAVOURITE FIGHTER:
Yod Sitmonchai as he has very heavy hands and is aggressive.

FIGHTING AMBITION:
My ambition in Muay Thai is to fight the best fighters about win or lose and to really put my body to the test and see how far I can go.

BIO & CAREER:
My pro career in Muay Thai has been ok. I was very happy with how I thought a tough opponent called Richard lee who is southern area champion now. I had a game plan but realised it wasn’t going to work once the fight had begun and change my tactics, I lost the fight but felt like I learn’t a lot from a good fighter. I want to further my career fighting other tough fighters like him and see what I can achieve.
